Last Friday Daniel and I made sushi rolls for dinner. Daniel has done this one other time and has this really great kit complete with bamboo mat, rice spoony thingy, and chopsticks.
So, we go to the Asian grocery store where there is all of this fun stuff and we end up going crazy and buying some other food items that were not even on the list. You know what they say, "Don't go to the grocery store hungry!" While we were there, we pick up the seaweed wrappy thingys and wasabi for the sushi rolls. [SIDE NOTE: Do you like my sushi technical terms?] However, we also find all the ingredients for curry, which I love! Therefore, tonight will be another adventure in cooking, as Daniel and I will be making Green Curry for dinner. Wish us luck!
